It participated in the programme of laboratory comparison in the field of soil analysis (Soil Proficiency Test) with Faculty of Agronomy of University of Zagreb, Institute for meliorations. With the objective of verification of the quality of results the laboratory is also included in the programme from the field of analysis of soil and sediments – ISE (International Soil-analytical Exchange), which is a part of assessment of analytical laboratories of Univeristy of  Wageningen, the Netherlands - Wageningen Evaluating Programs for Analytical Laboratories (WEPAL).

Agrochemical laboratory of Križevci University of Applied Sciences is member of CROLAB.
